TBA Business Services (www.tbabusinessservices.com) is a "sister" company to Why Retire in Thailand. I am looking for a "working" partner/investor to take this growing business to the next level. The next level is expanding, branding the name and concept, opening "franchise" type offices in neighboring countries.
TBA opened in March of 2010 in downtown Bangkok. With a fantastic location and concepts developed by many years of living full time in Thailand, the owner has refined the profit centers to just a few very profitable services.
TBA is in the "service" business offering it's clients professional business services that are in high demand. Business registrations, work permits and accounting are core components of our base operations. However, International Visa's are now taking a leading role in the profitability of the company. Although we've been specializing in America Visa's to Thai Nationals, we are now expanding to the five leading countries that we see a growth market: USA; England; Australia; NZ; and Canada. Offering all types of visa's to these countries opens up a considerable market share and expected profits.
Future offices will be a "cookie cutter" image of our main office in Bangkok. Easy to set up with standard office equipment. Signage will be standard as will all documents, letterheads, etc.. Also, ALL of the Embassies throughout the world require the same documents be filed from each country. This simple fact allows us to train staff in any country to work with the same documents for filing to each Embassy. Easy training and ability to switch staffing around leads to productivity and profit margins.
We are looking for the "right" individual to join us. He/She must have some SE Asia experience. Have the time and financial capability to help grow this busy little company into something special. This would be perfect for an experienced business person, attorney or accountant. Of course work permits and visa's would be available to the investor/partner.
