This tour is for the single guy who is considering moving to Thailand to live, either as retirement or as a part time resident and possibly meet a beautiful Thai lady. We will focus on real estate, applicable laws, customs, visa requirements and all the things you need to know to live here without complications. Please don't mistake this for a sex tour. It isn't! However, there will be opportunity to meet Thai Ladies throughout the tour. We will point you in the right direction and always offer our advice on meeting that special lady. Some introductions are possible thru established services.

The Tour will start in Bangkok. You must arrive in time to meet the group at the designated Hotel. It is probably a good idea to arrive a day or two ahead of time to get adjusted and catch up on your sleep. We can make hotel reservations for you, if you wish.
Our itenerary will be the following:
Day 1 & 2………Bangkok
Day 3 & 4……….Phuket
Day 5, 6 & 7……Chaing Mai/Chaing Rai (North Thailand)
Day 8 & 9 ……. Udon Thani and Nong Khai (North East Thailand or Issan)
Day 10 ………….Back to Bangkok….End of tour.
*Extend for another 2 days and we’ll head to Pattaya for some real fun!! (additional cost)
Days will be spent exploring the possible housing available, talking to builders, land owners, condos, housing developments, etc.. For those who wish to break away and play some golf, go fishing or whatever, we will help you make those arrangements.
Nights will be on your own to explore the lovely delights of Thailand. We can arrange “guides” to show you around and/or put you in touch with introduction services. We can advise you on where to go, what to do and what NOT to do.
What the Tour Includes:
- All domestic air fares (BKK to Phuket; Phuket to Chiang Mai; Chiang Mai to Udon Thani; Udon Thani to BKK)
- All Hotels; (10 nights) single occupancy (no charge for guest/visitor)
- Breakfast each morning (one person)
- Van and/or ground transportation during tour. (does not include Bangkok pickup)
- Guide and Consultancy service from director of Why Retire in Thailand.Com.
- Introductions to land developers, builders, etc.
- Printed material to answer most of your questions.
What the Tour DOES NOT include:
- Lunch and Dinner
- Entrance fees, golf fees or any entertainment fees.
- Visa’s or legal documents
- Misc. expenses you may incur
Tour Cost is $1,750 US dollars. (The cost for the Pattaya extension is $350.00)

Deposit required: We need $500.00 US dollars to secure your spot. The remaining amount is due no later than 10 days prior to the beginning of the Tour. Your spot is not guaranteed until your credit card or wire transfer for the deposit is complete.

We will send you information on how to make the deposit. Once we have confirmation of deposit, we will inform you and send further directions. This deposit is 100% refundable up to 45 days prior to departure. After that we will refund 50% up to 30 days prior departure.* NO refund less than 30 days.

The Tour begins in Bangkok and it is your responsibility to get here and be ready to begin the tour on time. Hotel reservations and directions to the hotel will be sent to you. Some material will be sent to you via E-Mail before the tour. Other materials will be presented during Day 1 of the tour.
